PrivacyPlain-language note

What we collect, and why.

Short version: this site doesn't track you, and anything you email us is used to do the work you asked for.

No cookies, no analytics, no ad pixels, no tracking scripts. The only thing that sends us anything is the get-started form, and only when you press send.

When you visit this site

  • The company hosting this site keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to keep it running and secure. We don't use those logs to identify you.
  • Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads.
  • If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser only. It never reaches us.

When you use the form or email us

  • We receive what you send: the plan you picked, your business name, website, what you do, your area, your name, email, and any phone number or note you add.
  • The form's contents go straight to our inbox as an email, passing through our host, Cloudflare. They aren't kept in a database on this site.
  • We use it to reply, to prepare your fix pack or report, and to run any re-check you asked for.
  • We don't sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone's marketing.

What we look at about your business

To build a fix pack we ask AI assistants (Google's Gemini and Claude) questions like “best pilates studio in Somerville” and record the public answers and the sources they cite. We also read public pages such as your website, your Google Business Profile and listings like Yelp. The questions sent to those assistants are about businesses in a category and city, not about you personally. Their providers handle those requests under their own privacy policies.

If you become a client

To make fixes, we may need access to your website or profiles. We use that access only for the agreed work and ask you to remove it when the work ends. Reports and notes about your business are kept so we can compare re-checks over time.

Deleting your information

Email [email protected] and ask. We'll delete your emails and any reports about your business, except anything we're legally required to keep (for example, invoices).

Changes

If this note changes, the date below changes with it.
